I believe life is meant to be big, healthy, and joyful – and I’ve made it my mission to help others feel that way too.

As a keynote speaker, Functional Nutritionist, and Gut and Hormone Practitioner, I inspire people to reclaim their health, happiness, and energy, no matter what challenges life throws at them.

My passion for wellness comes from a very personal journey. When my two sons were born critically ill, I found myself in the fight of my life – four intense years of medical procedures, sleepless nights, and pushing through exhaustion. It was overwhelming, but I discovered something powerful along the way:
